Nestled on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain at Grangehurst are three cosy cottages that offer an ideal base for visitors wanting to enjoy the beauty of the Cape Winelands, the False Bay coastline and surrounding mountains, as well as Cape Town.
The historic town of Stellenbosch, the bustling Somerset Mall and the village of Somerset West are all approximately 10 minutes away. The sandy beaches and warm(ish) water of The Strand and the quaint fishing and sailing port of Gordon’s Bay are within 15 to 25 minutes’ drive from Grangehurst.
Attractions in the area include interesting wineries, world-class restaurants, shopping, and sporting activities like golf, hiking, swimming, surfing, kiteboarding and mountain biking.
All the cottages have satellite TV, WiFi and access to a large swimming pool to keep you cool during the warm, summer days. A laundry service is also available.
Many of our guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends and return year after year for a few weeks – or even months!
